A couple of years ago, I noticed how a company's processes are directly related to its brand values and decided to explore the idea in practice as well as theory. Read the first chapter draft to get a better understanding of what the methodology is and how brand is integral to defining a company and it's operations.
Before Gearmark, I worked with companies for over 10 years developing on- and off-line media solutions. As a UI strategist and project manager, I led virtual and on-site teams that included up to 60 professionals in business, creative, engineering, and QA disciplines.
